Speaker: Assaf Grumberg

Assaf Grumberg, Midwest Managing Director of StandWithUs, is a retired Captain of the Israel Defense Forces, IDF. He served for five years as a Communications Officer during critical periods for Israel: the Second Lebanon War, the Disengagement Plan from Gaza and Northern Samaria, and Operation Cast Lead. With a background in the military and Middle Eastern Studies at Tel Aviv University, Assaf frequently speaks about the strategic transformation of Middle East power and developing threats facing Israel.
