Come get ready for Shavuot with an interactive text study of Megillat Ruth with Tamar Cytryn, Director of Jewish Studies at The Chicago Jewish Day School. We will be exploring texts from the megillah which will help us think about cultural norms and examining our norms through the lens of an outsider. Who do we consider outsiders? How do we react when an outsider challenges our norms?
