Jewish meditation is part of our ancient tradition and an evolving practice that complements our religious lives. Rabbi Glick grew up in a observant home where meditation was a regular part of life and has been practicing Jewish mediation for over a decade. Rabbi Glick will teach several meditation techniques and discuss the role of meditation in the future of Judaism.

Rabbi Adir Glick is Rabbi of West Suburban Temple Har Zion in River Forest/Oak Park, the only Conservative synagogue of the Western Suburbs. He grew up in the Old City in Jerusalem, in France and the U.K. His father, Rabbi Yoel Glick, is one of the pioneers of the revival of Jewish meditation. For the past ten years, Rabbi Adir Glick has taught meditation to beginning and advanced practitioners of all ages and holds a weekly class at Temple Zion Har Zion on Sundays at 9 am.
